CU-2 and CU-4 are the cooling units for shell’s line. The cooling process is really important to get a well solid suppository or ovule shells. These units are based on continuous ventilation concept which bring the products from liquid to solid with a progressive cooling.

CU-2 and CU-4 are the cooling units for shell’s line. The cooling process is really important to get well solid suppository or ovule shells. These units are based on continuous ventilation concept which bring the products from liquid to solid with a progressive cooling. The temperature can be set from 15°c up to 25°c.

The cooling unit has the following advantages:

  • Homogeneous solidification of the product
  • No sedimentation of active insoluble ingredients
  • No formation of non-aesthetic holes at the base of solid forms
  • No useless waste of time between the sealing and the cutting phase

The related machines, which complete the shell’s line, are: BP-2 or BP-10 to fill and BP-3 or BP-11 to seal/code/cut suppositories and ovules.
