Available Models

The CPR-18 SE is available in several configurations to meet different production requirements:

1. CPR-18 SE Standard: Offered in two versions—D-8 and B-10 (with B&D versions available upon request). The D-8 unit features 8 stations accommodating punches up to 22mm in diameter, while the B-10 handles punches up to 16mm. It includes independent weight and hardness adjustments, easy access to all parts for quick tooling changeovers in under 20 minutes, and options for a rotary force feeder and suction vacuum pump. The basic machine comes with a Powder Tamping System, and a fully stainless steel version is also available.
2. CPR-18 SE Instrumented: This version allows users to study products by displaying curves that evaluate the compactness of powder granules and determine the necessary compression force to achieve the desired hardness. It features load cells for pre-compression, upper/lower compression, ejection force, and dwell time measurements. A tablet sorter is also available for this model.
3. CPR-18 SE WIP (Wash-In-Place): Designed to process Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HPAPI), this IP65-rated model is suitable for all types of containment systems, both flexible and rigid. The machine is completely washable, ensuring thorough cleaning and safety.
4. CPR-18 SE WIP Isolated: Combining the WIP model with a containment system, this version is ideal for processing HPAPI. Flexible versions are available, and the system meets the OEB5/OEL<1μG/M3 standard, ensuring the highest level of operator and environmental protection.
