COOLING UNIT FOR SHELL'S LINE

The new small Cooling Unit for shell’s line. CU-1 guarantees the usual efficiency with a consistent reduction of costs, dimensions and consumption.

The use of a cooling unit, lining up after the filling unit, has the following advantages:

• Homogeneous solidification of the product, obtained through air ventilation at a temperature between 14⁰ and 19⁰,
• No sedimentation of active insoluble ingredients at the top of ovules or suppository,
• No formation of non-aesthetic holes at the base of solid forms,
• No useless waste of time between the sealing and the cutting phase.
