Integrated Pharmaceutical Containment Systems for HPAPI and High-Potency Drug Manufacturing
Integrated Pharmaceutical Containment Systems for Safe and Efficient Manufacturing
Modern pharmaceutical manufacturing requires advanced containment solutions capable of protecting operators, maintaining product integrity, and ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards.
Dott. Bonapace develops integrated pharmaceutical containment systems designed for high-potency pharmaceutical production, including HPAPI (Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) applications and processes requiring high levels of operator protection.
Our containment solutions combine advanced isolator technology with pharmaceutical processing equipment, creating a fully integrated system where the machine and containment environment are engineered together to optimize safety, performance, ergonomics, and process efficiency.
Designed to achieve containment levels up to OEB5 / OEL <1 μg/m³, Dott. Bonapace solutions provide reliable protection during powder handling, capsule filling, tablet compression, and other pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Machines Natively Designed for Isolator Integration
Dott. Bonapace machines are designed from the ground up to operate inside isolators, not adapted after installation. This design philosophy ensures seamless integration at every level: Mechanical integration, Functional integration, Optimized layout and ergonomics.
Key solutions include the IN-CAP WIP capsule filling machine and the CPR-18 WIP rotary tablet press. The same concept can be extended to additional pharmaceutical equipment such as blisters, mixers, counting systems, checkweighers, and granulators.
Advanced Containment and Functional Integration
Each integrated system is engineered with a clearly defined containment strategy, including: HEPA filtration systems, Split Butterfly Valves for powder charging and discharge, Integration readiness for dedusters, metal detectors, and lifters.
These components can be supplied directly or coordinated with the end user, ensuring that every system meets specific process and containment requirements while maintaining validation readiness.
Pharmaceutical Applications
HPAPI manufacturing, Oncology drug production, High-potency formulations, Clinical batch production, R&D pharmaceutical laboratories, Small and medium batch manufacturing, Contained powder handling.
