 3X-PACK is the the three-station blistering machine designed for clinical trials, stability testing, packaging development, and small-scale production in laboratories and pharmacies.

Compact and highly versatile, 3X-PACK handles thermoforming, sealing, coding, and cutting The three station blistering machine, which is thermoforming, sealing, coding and cutting blisters. Forming materials: PVC/, PVDC, PE, PET, PP, Duplex, Triplex and Tropical. Sealing materials: raw aluminum, Tyvek, medical paper, PE, PET. Its quick installation and user-friendly interface eliminate the need for specialized technicians or complex training.

With three independently managed stations, 3X-PACK replicates the sequence of an automatic line, enabling the production of one blister per cycle with high precision and efficiency. Settings for each station are easily configured via a front-mounted touchscreen, and the included recipe book ensures easy saving and repeatability of production parameters.

Equipped with multi-level user access, USB/Ethernet connectivity, and recipe management, 3X-PACK is a modern, complete solution tailored to the evolving needs of pharmaceutical R&D and low-volume manufacturing.
