The CPR-18 SE Rotary Tablet Press Machine is a compact, high-performance rotary tablet press designed for the efficient production of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and industrial tablets. MODELS
The standard model is supplied in 2 versions: D-8 or B-10 (B&D version available upon request). D-8 unit has 8 stations handling up to 22mm diameter punches and B-10 handles up to 16mm diameter punches. It has an independent weight and hardness adjustment. Easy access to all parts of the tablet press machine, as a result quick tooling changeover in < 20mins. Rotary force feeder and suction vacuum pump available.The basic machine is supplied with the Powder Tamping System. Fully Stainless Steel Version also available.
Our instrumented version provides the user with the ability to study the products. The curves displayed allow the evaluation of the quality of the compactness of the powders’ granules and therefore the compression force necessary to obtain the requested hardness. It features using loading cells:

- Dwell Time
Moreover for this pharmaceutical tablet press model is available the tablet sorter.
The IP65 version of the standard model has been designed to process HPAPI and it is suitable to all kind of containments systems (flexible or rigid). In addition, the tablet press machine is completely washable.
