BP-10 is an automatic suppositories and ovules filling machine. It’s the larger version of the BP-2 and can produce up to 6000 shells/h. It is equipped with a touch screen and has a 25l jacketed hopper with water circulation. The dosing range is the same as the BP-2 unit. Also, the hopper temperature range. All parts in contact with the product are made in stainless steel 316l.

      FILLING PROCESS

      The filling process is simple and starts when the containers from the loading disc are automatically unwound and fed under the dosing nozzle, filled with melted suppository mass which is kept at a constant temperature and mixed in the jacketed hopper. The filled containers are automatically rewound on the supporting disc placed at the discharge of the filling machine.
