COUNTING UNIT

The Zerah counting machine features two loading and unloading tables, along with a conveyor belt operating at a constant speed. This setup ensures consistent product flow and sufficient accumulation in the loading area.

Operating Cycle Description
At the beginning of each cycle, the first gate opens, allowing an empty bottle to move into position beneath the loading station. A sensor then confirms the presence of the bottle under the counting unit. Once detected, the system dispenses the specified number of items—such as tablets or pills—into the bottle. After the count is completed, the second gate opens to release the filled bottle. Approximately two seconds later, the first gate opens again to position the next empty bottle, repeating the process efficiently and seamlessly.
